We have retrospectively identified an issue with the sending of push notifications from the 3rd June 2021 at 12:53 am GMT to 3rd June at 02:27 am GMT.

This outage impacted the sending of push notifications from our system including for sensors and scheduled inspection notifications.
During the outage window, all SMS and Email notifications were sent without issue.

We apologise for any issues in non receipt of push notifications during the outage.
