SafetyCulture will be performing important upgrades on our systems during the maintenance window.
During the outage window, inspections undertaken on the web and on mobile devices may not immediately sync with the SafetyCulture iAuditor cloud based systems. Inspections started on mobile devices will still be saved along with any media items on the mobile device when the cloud systems are down for maintenance.
When the maintenance work is completed, these inspections and media will be able to sync to the iAuditor cloud services and become available on the web application (for sharing, exporting, reporting, API access etc). For most inspections this will occur automatically if the application is open on your mobile device.

During the outage window the sites listing feature will be partially unavailable to retrieve or update sites.
During the outage window the response sets feature will be partially unavailable.
During the outage window the issues feature will be temporarily unavailable.
During the outage window the actions feature will be temporarily unavailable.
During the outage window the analytics feature will have delayed data until inspections stored on a device are synced.
During the outage window public API users may receive HTTP 500 responses when interacting with product features via the API.
