On the 30th of Jan, 2022, there will be a scheduled downtime to the SafetyCulture iAuditor platform from 03:00 am to 03:30 am UTC. This is to apply an important operating system update to our databases. During the outage window, inspections undertaken on the web and on mobile devices may not immediately sync with the SafetyCulture iAuditor cloud systems. Inspections started on mobile devices will still be saved along with any media items on the mobile device when the cloud systems are down for maintenance.
When the maintenance work is completed, these inspections and media will be able to sync to the iAuditor cloud services and become available on the web application (for sharing, exporting, reporting, API access, etc).
During the outage window, the reporting feature will be partially unavailable. During the outage window, the response sets feature will be partially unavailable. During the outage window, the actions feature will be temporarily unavailable. During the outage window, the analytics feature will have delayed data until inspections stored on a device are synced. During the outage window, public API users may receive HTTP 500 responses when interacting with product features via the AP
